This residential remodel and second-story addition reimagines the home with a more substantial architectural presence, adding height, living space, and a bold contemporary exterior.
Dark brick, black trim, steep gabled forms, and large windows create a dramatic composition while the expanded rear deck and balcony strengthen the home’s connection to the outdoors. Inside, the project supports a more open and functional layout with taller first-floor ceilings, new windows, updated systems, and added second-floor living space.
The project transformed the existing home through a full remodel and second-story addition.
Raising the first-floor ceiling heights, adding over 1,100 square feet of upper-level living space, and updating the home with new windows, hardwood floors, high-performance mechanical systems, and carefully integrated built-ins.
