The owners had a deep, wooded backyard and a wish list that didn't fit inside the main house: a place for visiting parents, a quiet writing nook, and an outdoor tub for the end of long weeks. The footprint had to be small, tucked under the canopy, easy on the lot, without ever feeling tight.
