This project included transforming the existing deck, which required repair, into a screened-in back porch with built-in planters and wrap around steps.

This design complements the house's character and provides a fun, functional outdoor space. Additionally, the project included the creation of a covered front porch, enhancing the home's curb appeal and usability. Achieving this required careful navigation of zoning and variance regulations, necessitating several community meetings to ensure compliance and garner support. The successful completion of this project underscores the value of integrating contemporary design with community input.
