ADMIN / MARKETING ASSISTANT​

studioAbri is seeking a highly organized and creative Administrative and Marketing Assistant to support both the daily operations and outward-facing communication of our studio. This is an in-person, part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and studio needs. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design, collaborative, and eager to be an engaged member of our team. Strong writing, visual communication, and organizational skills are essential. Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is required; Revit knowledge is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

 
Marketing
​

Social Media​

  • Create and publish content aligned with studio branding

  • Track engagement and propose improvements

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook)

Website Management

  • Upload and organize project content

  • Maintain project intake and non-architecture content pages

  • Support layout/design updates and regular content refreshes

 

Photography

  • Photograph job sites, office activity, and studio events

  • Edit images for marketing use

  • Uphold a clear, cohesive visual identity through editing and content curation

Administration

Permitting

  • Submit residential building permit applications

  • Collaborate with the project team to compile application narratives and materials

  • Navigate online portals like Accela

  • Prepare and organize documentation (e.g., scope descriptions, authorization forms)

  • Notary certification is a plus

​

Systems + Documentation

  • Create templates for letters, forms, and internal documents

  • Develop workflows for permitting and proposal writing processes

  • Maintain clear, up-to-date administrative procedures

​

Office Management

  • Manage digital and physical file systems

  • Communicate with clients to collect required documentation

  • Track and order office supplies

Preferred Experience

​​

  • Background in administration and marketing

  • Interest in architecture and/or design

  • Experience with website content management

  • Familiarity with developing and organizing internal systems
